Insurance Billing
Olive Tree will bill primary insurances as a courtesy, but it is the clients' responsibilities to know their coverage before making an appointment.
OTC does not bill secondary insurance. Clients may request a claim to submit to their secondary insurances; however, the client must pay the full amount upfront.
Any service that insurance does not cover will be the clients' responsibilities to pay.
OTC bills private insurance only. OTC does not bill Care Credit or public health insurances, such as Medicare or Medicaid.
If clients have questions about their coverage, they can call the number on the back of their insurance cards.

Self-Pay
OTC has self-pay, out-of-pocket discounts for clients who cannot bill insurance. Standard discounts start at 20%.
