The counselors at Olive Tree Counseling strive to bring a wide variety of counseling and support services to meet the needs of our clientele. We treat anyone from youths to seniors, and our specialties include individual counseling, lifespan integration, and mental health. We also offer discount services to fit your needs. *Discounts non stackable.

Insurance Information

We accept most private insurances but cannot guarantee coverage. If you are concerned about coverage, please check with your carrier about mental health benefits.
  • ​Olive Tree Counseling is in network with Premera: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda, Aetna, and TriCare West.
  • We will bill your primary insurance. You will be responsible for billing your secondary insurance.​
  • We bill $220 per hour. Sessions are 30-minute minimum.
  • Our services are covered under Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA).
  • Private insurance only. We do not bill Care Credit, Medicaid, Medicare, Denali Kid Care, VA, or other public health insurance.
  • Initial appointments are $350 for new clients.

Holly Hoff, LPC-S
Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC)

Holly Hoff is the Clinical Supervisor, current owner of Olive Tree Counseling, and a Licensed Professional Counselor, with certifications in Lifespan Integration 1 and 2. She sees adults and adolescents individually and is dedicated to the personal growth and healing of each client. She desires to walk alongside her clients experiencing various mental health concerns and guides them to a self-discovery of their personal strengths and resiliences. Mrs. Hoff strives to nurture a relationship with God by showing love and respect for His created beings. Mrs. Hoff has lived in Alaska since 1980 with her husband, is a mother and grandmother, and enjoys family and friends, holistic health and wellness, music, camping, and dogs.

Brittney Punt, LCSW

Brittney Punt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specific inpatient and outpatient experience providing therapy for children, teens, and adults. She has specialized training to work with individuals using Lifespan Integration, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Brain Spotting Therapy used in treating trauma. Mrs. Punt moved from the Midwest to Alaska in 2013 and is proud to call Alaska home. She is a wife and mother who enjoys painting, camping, hiking, and the outdoors.

Keri Chandler, LPC
Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC)

Keri Chandler retired from the United States Air Force after serving in the medical field for 22 years. She is married with six children and has a growing number of grandchildren. Through her own life experiences, she has an in-depth understanding of PTSD-related disorders, depression, anxiety, and adverse childhood experiences. Keri works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and specializes in personal growth, relationship issues, parenting, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Keri uses an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring treatment and goals to the individual needs of the client. She began treating clients as an intern in 2018, received board certification as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and her license to practice professional counseling (LPC) in 2022, earned a master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

Misti Musgrave, LCSW

Misti Musgrave is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the mental health realm for over 15 years, helping those of all ages. EMDR-certified with experience treating grief and loss, PTSD, trauma, and depression, she is passionate about finding hope and healing for people with traumatic experiences, regardless of the trauma, regardless of the age at which it happened or how old the person is now, "I like to look at people as a whole person to see if we can find the root cause of what's going on and then take the journey of mending." When Misti is not in the office, she can be found enjoying farming, cozying up in a blanket to enjoy a good read, adventuring outside with my family, and of course making smores.  However, all of these things are always enhanced with a delicious cup of hot coffee.

Carol Walker, MLC

Carol Walker is a Master’s Level Clinician with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, with certifications in Lifespan Integration and Tele-behavioral health. Since beginning her academic journey in 2016, she has earned an Associate of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Christian Counseling, followed by a Bachelor of Science in the same field. Using a person-centered approach, Carol emphasizes optimism and the belief that every individual has the capacity for meaningful and positive growth. She is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive space where clients can explore what matters most to them. Genuine, accepting, and empathetic, Carol works holistically to address clients’ mental, spiritual, physical, and cultural needs. She is a certified facilitator of the Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) premarital counseling assessment, demonstrating her commitment to supporting individuals and couples as they work toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
